2. The petitioner is named in the FIR and apprehending her arrest in connection with Vishambharpur P.S. Case No. 140 of 2023 registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 of IPC.
3. Allegation against petitioner is to submit false educational certificate during Teacher Recruitment Process (2019-20) for appointment as government teacher on contractual basis.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing for petitioner that the petitioner never joined job on the basis of documents, which alleged to be forged and, therefore, it can be said safely that no illegal gain was made to this petitioner. 5. Learned APP while opposing the prayer of bail submitted that in pre-joining counseling the documents of this petitioner related with teachers training was found forged.

In view of aforesaid factual submissions and by taking note of the fact as petitioner is a lady of clean antecedent, accordingly, the petitioner, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Gopalganj in connection with Vishambharpur P.S. Case No. 140 of 2023, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of BNSS.
