The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Kudara P.S. Case No. 170 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation as per FIR against the petitioners is that they have surrounded the informant and allegedly fired upon the informant, which hit on the chest, abdomen and thigh of the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and specific allegation has been attributed against other co-

Learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the informant oppose the prayer for bail on ground that the allegation against the petitioners of firing is serious in nature. Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as discussed above, let the petitioners, above named, surrenders before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of the order, he will be released on provisional bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateVI, Bhabua(Kaimur), in connection with Kudara P.S. Case No. 170 of 2018, G. R. No. 1174 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of Cr.P.C. with condition that one of the bailors of the petitioners shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned court.
