2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No. 205 of 2015 dated 25.11.2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20, 22, 23 and 24 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, total 80 gram brown sugar was recovered from the co-accused, Ramjee.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The name of the petitioner has transpired in this case during the course of investigation. The seized contraband is less

The petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated at para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 02.01.2025. The co-accused, Ramjee has been granted regular bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 02.03.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4330 of 2016.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No. 205 of 2015.

7. The application stands allowed.
