Mr.Ajit Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 29-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and State. The petitioners are in custody in connection with G.O. Case No. 20 of 2019 for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 11.03.2019. He further submits that in the instant case total 35.1 litres of Nepali liquor was recovered from the joint possession of the petitioners.

Considering the fact that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28138 of 2019(2) dt.29-04-2019 2/2 (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-II-cumSpecial Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi in connection with G.O. Case No. 20 of 2019.
