JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-09-2025 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though in compliance of the order of this Court dated 20.9.2022, passed in CWJC No. 2657 of 2020, the encroachment in question has been removed but the encroachers are in the habit of re-encroaching the land in question, hence liberty be granted to the petitioner to avail such remedies as are otherwise available under the law, in case the encroachment resurfaces. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands
