JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-11-2018 The issue relates to enforcement of the order passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer approximately 10 years earlier. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that payment of salary of a class 4 employee is involved in this case which is pending for approximately 10 years and as such the Court may grant indulgence by issuing direction to the concerned authority, namely, the Sub-Divisional Officer to take step for enforcement of his own order at the earliest. Considering the fact that the order was passed 10 years back, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Sub-Divisional Officer, Jhanjharpur to see that the order
Patna High Court CWJC No.9083 of 2015(2) dt.28-11-2018 2/2 passed by him is implemented at the earliest preferably within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
