HONOURABLE MR.
JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks quashing of order dated 29.05.2009 whereby his P.D.S. license has been suspended. On allegation of contraventions of 2007 or 2011 Control Orders, a P.D.S. license cannot be kept under suspension for more than three months.
In the result, this writ application succeeds. The impugned order dated 29.05.2009 suspending the P.D.S. license of the petitioner is set aside with liberty to the respondents to proceed afresh in accordance with law.
