JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 10-04-2019 In the present case, the petitioner submits that the order has not been complied with in letter and spirit, but a show cause filed by the opposite party no. 6 shows that the order has been complied with and payment of Rs. 5,63,544/-(five lacs sixty three thousand five hundred forty four) has been paid, but as per petitioner, he is entitled to Rs.25,00,000/-(twenty five lacs) and only small amount has been paid to him. This calculation cannot be done in the contempt proceeding. The petitioner, if so advised, may take a legal remedy as available to
