JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-09-2015 The petitioner has moved this court against final assessment order by which he has been directed to pay Rs.1,75,715/-. The petitioner submits that the final assessment order has been passed without considering his show cause. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take resort to the remedy of appeal. In case, petition for condonation of delay is filed within four weeks, the same would be considered sympathetically, as the petitioner was pursuing the remedy before this Court.
