2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. Prosecution case is that 150.840 liter of English liquor were recovered from the motorcycle in question .

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of confessional statement of Choukidar. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no concern with the alleged occurrence .

5. Learned counsel for the State submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33395 of 2024(3) dt.20-06-2024 2/2 petitioner has got two criminal antecedent of similar nature .

6. Considering the fact that petitioner has got two criminal antecedent of similar nature , prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
