Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 729 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case at the instance of his enemies. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Moreover, charge has already been framed in this case on 19.06.2019 as has been stated in the supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 19.11.2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let
