Case No. 402 of 2017, registered for offences punishable under Sections 457, 380 and 344 of the Indian Penal Code0.

Allegation as per F.I.R. is that some thieves were inside the house of the informant and one person namely Golu Kumar has been arrested, who named the petitioners as his companions. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the petitioners are named in this case only on confessional statement. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners.

Heard learned A.P.P. also who opposed the bail application.

No.42723 of 2018 (3) dt.26-07-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides, in view of the confessional statement made by co-accused Golu Kumar before the informant and the public, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners rather they should surrender and make prayer for regular bail which would be considered on its own merit.
