2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffasi (Dhanauti) PS Case No. 810 of 2025 instituted for the offences under Sections 126(2), 115(2, 118(2), 103(1), 74, 351(2), 352, 3(5) of the BNS.

3. The prosecution case is that in the backdrop of a dispute the petitioner is alleged to have stabbed the deceased in his back.

4. Considering that the post-mortem report supports the case of prosecution and the petitioner is in custody since 24.11.2025 with no criminal antecedents, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application.
