Petitioner is in custody in connection with Terhagachh P.C. Case No. 110 of 2018 for the offence under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was not named in the FIR. His name surfaced in the instant case on the confessional statement of co-accused. The petitioner is in custody since 28.2.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner was not named in the FIR and he has not been put on TIP, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten
