JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-08-2018 This case has come at the instance of the office notes that in the last paragraph of order dated 11.7.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.40270 of 2018, the word 'provisional bail' has been typed in place of 'anticipatory bail'. In such view of the matter, the word 'anticipatory bail' be read in place of 'provisional bail'. Further submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the death was caused after seven years of marriage but inadvertently it was typed as 'FIR was lodged after 5 years of occurrence', at paragraph 4 (page no.2) of order dated 11.7.2018. In such view of the matter, the sentence at para 4 'the FIR was lodged after five years of occurrence' be read as 'the death was caused after seven years of marriage' and the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40270 of 2018 (3) dt.21-08-2018 2/2 remaining parts of the order shall remain intact. Let the aforesaid order be communicated to the court below concerned.
