The petitioner seeks bail in connection with K. Hat (Madhubani) P.S. Case No. 1222 of 2022 dated 14.11.2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 401, 411, 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is that he is involved in sale and purchase of stolen motorcycle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and there is no evidence on record to show the complicity of the petitioner in the alleged crime except the confessional statement of the co-accused. Petitioner has one

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with K. Hat (Madhubani) P.S. Case No. 1222 of 2022.
