That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction directing the Respondents authorities to refund the amount total Rs. 2,26,200/- two lacs twenty six thousand two hundred only alongwith bank interest which was deposited through stock holding for execution of sale deed which was not done due to death of law lady who had given power of attorney of vendor."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the RespondentState submits that the aforesaid sum of Rs. 2,26,200/- has already been paid to the petitioner, hence, nothing survives for consideration in the present case.
