The petitioner seeks bail in Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 209/2018, instituted for offence under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of Arms Act.

Earlier prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 08.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55827/2018 with liberty to renew the prayer for bail after six months in the event no substantive progress is made in trial. Report from the court below regarding stage of trial has been received, from which it appears that after conclusion of examination of witnesses on behalf of prosecution, case is pending for final argument.

The trial court has submitted that case is likely to be disposed off in the month of May, 2019.
