Heard learned counsel for the parties including learned counsel for the informant in virtual Court. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 IPC and 27 of Arms Act.

The FIR would reveal that another co-accused fired at another person which hit to the daughter of the informant. Petitioner was also there alongwith firearm.

Considering the fact that there is no overt-act alleged against the petitioner and investigation of the case is already complete, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29502 of 2020(2) dt.10-11-2020 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sonbersa Police Station Case No.58 of 2020, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
