2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 278 of 2024 arising out of Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 19 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, all the accused persons are said to have assaulted the victim causing him grievous injuries.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 3.3.2024 and it has been submitted that the trial of this case is not progressing.

5. Considering the period of custody and the delay in the trial, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Madhepura/concerned Court below in connection with Sessions Trial No. 278 of 2024 arising out of Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 19 of 2024.
