The petitioner is in custody in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 290 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 466, 467, 468, 469,120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner and informant were made accused in Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 229 of 2014 and the petitioner has been granted bail in that case. After release, the petitioner has been made accused in the instant case at the instance of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 10.02.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27343 of 2019(2) dt.25-04-2019 2/2 Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 290 of 2016.
