The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act. For trivial dispute between children of the two family, co-accused Jamuna Yadav allegedly caused firearm injury at the left thigh of the informant. Two others Tarun Yadav and Kamlesh Yadav also fired. However, no injury was caused to anyone. The petitioner was member of the unlawful assembly along with others. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, who is aged about 66 years and is in custody

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39361 of 2021(2) dt.12-08-2021 2/2 since 14.09.2020, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Lakhisarai (Ramgarh Chowk) P.S. Case No. 253 of 2020, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
