The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of assaulting due to which the informant sustained injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. It is also submitted that petitioners

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30321 of 2022(2) dt.14-11-2022 2/2 have falsely been implicated in the present case due to previous land dispute. It is further submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties and petitioners' side also sustained injuries as alleged in separate incidence. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IVth, Vaishali in connection with Dseari (Chandpura O.P) P.S. Case No. 403 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
