JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-09-2015 Herd learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner has moved this Court against the decision of the licensing authority accepting his renouncement of Fair Price Shop dealership.
The petitioner submits that during the relevant time he fell ill and as such he submitted his resignation under perturbed mental and physical condition. The petitioner submits that he has filed his representation soon thereafter withdrawing his renouncement of license.
The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of
