2. This is second anticipatory bail petition on behalf of the petitioner. Earlier, the petition filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner stood rejected vide order dated 06.07.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62191 of 2022.
3. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that the parties have already compromised the case and during investigation, the police has found the case true under Sections 323, 495, 498A, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
4. On the other hand, learned APP for the State and learned counsel appearing for the informant/Opposite Party No.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33658 of 2024(2) dt.12-07-2024 2/2 2 have submitted that the petitioner has failed to point out any new ground or changed circumstances in this application for reconsideration of prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail.

In view of the fact that no fresh ground has been pressed for consideration of this pre-arrest bail petitioner as well as in view of the recent judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of G.R. Ananda Babu Vs. State of Tamil Nadu and Anr reported in 2021 SCC OnLine SC 176, this second anticipatory bail on behalf of the petitioner is not maintainable.
