Petitioner seeks direction for grant of licence for carrying N.P.Bore pistol / revolver.

It is contended that the petitioner had duly applied for grant of licence on 5.12.2008 before the respondent no. 2 but till date no decision has been taken by them despite seven years have elapsed. Even if the writ application has been filed in the year 2013 itself no
