2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with the liberty to file a fresh application in accordance with Rule/Law before the Bihar State Pollution Control Board (Respondent no.2) for obtaining no objection for running the saw mill in
Patna High Court CWJC No.7642 of 2024(4) dt.18-02-2025 2/2 question.
3. If the petitioner has filed a fresh application within a period of four weeks from today then the Bihar State Pollution Control Board shall consider the same and dispose of the application of the petitioner in accordance with rule. While deciding the fresh application of the petitioner, the authority shall not take into consideration that earlier the authority has rejected the claim of the petitioner. (The past decision should not influence the present decision-making process.
