Learned counsel for the State submits that the present writ application has been filed by the petitioner for a direction to the Respondent authorities to provide security to the petitioner for the purpose of making construction by him on his land bearing Khata No. 386, Khesra No. 1396(old), village-Pagra, PS Dalsingsarai, Distt-Samastipur. He further submits that the petitioner was granted adequate security by the State Government and the possession on the aforesaid land has already been given to the petitioner with the assistance of the police authorities on
