The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with G.O. Case No. 15 of 2019 registered under Sections 32(i), 32(ii) and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that on perusal of records, it appears that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in
