The petitioner is in custody since 03.03.2022 in connection with Vishnupad P.S. Case No.49 of 2022 registered for offences under Sections 272 and 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a)/36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

There is recovery of 50 litres of country made liquor from e-Rickshaw and owner of the said e-Rickshaw is one Md. Javed.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 03.03.2022, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30897 of 2022(2) dt.20-08-2022 2/2 satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No.1, Gaya in connection with Vishnupad P.S. Case No.49 of 2022. The petitioner will visit Vishnupad Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
