The petitioner has assailed the appointment of respondent No. 9 as Anganwari Sevika for Center No. 2 at Village Bhaluahi in the district of Sheohar.
Though the petitioner had approached the Child Development Project Officer, as is apparent from Annexure 'B' to the counter affidavit, no such disclosure was made in the writ petition when it was filed. Suppression by itself of this relevant fact would be enough to dismiss the writ petition, however, this Court would
Patna High Court CWJC No.8984 of 2015(2) dt.18-09-2019 2/2 dispose of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to pursue her remedies before the departmental authorities in accordance with law under the guidelines.
