Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307/379 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution's case in short is that the petitioners and other accused persons, named in the FIR, abused and assaulted informant's father and mother with lathi, danda etc. Co-accused Suman Kumar tried to outrage modesty of informant's mother and also snatched golden chain and mangalsutra. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29384 of 2020(2) dt.11-12-2020 2/2 that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioners are agnate and there is land dispute regarding partition between the father of petitioners and her uncle. Petitioners are unmarried girl students and the allegations are general and omnibus against them. Considering the facts of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender, let the petitioners, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Manjhaul, Begusarai in Khodawanpur Police Station Case No. 29 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under sections 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
