2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 188, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 52 of the Prisoner Act.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
