Patna High Court CWJC No.16650 of 2013 (3) dt.23-09-2015 highlighting his case that though he had higher marks and was placed above one Ram Pujan Singh in whose favour the Tribunal had passed an order on 26.12.2011 without considering the case of the petitioner.

This Court without expressing any opinion on such submission would simply accord leave to the petitioner to withdraw this application with the aforementioned liberty of moving the Tribunal.
