The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No.146 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the petitioners are not assailants of the injured, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Case No.146 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
