2. This appeal has been filed against the order dated 20.03.2024 passed by learned Exclusive Special Judge, SC/ST, Gaya in connection with A.B.P. No. 89 of 2024 arising out of Buniyadganj P.S. Case No. 80 of 2020, registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 308, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1)(r)(s)/3(2v) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, whereby the prayer for anticipatory bail of appellant has been rejected.

3. At the outset, it is submitted on behalf of the State that appellant has been declared absconder and processes of Sections 82 and 83 of the Cr.P.C. have been initiated against him to ensure his appearance in the Court.

4. Considering the aforesaid development, appeal for
