This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing the order dated 28.08.2014 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna, in Parsa Bazar P.S. Case No. 126 of 2012 by which the learned Magistrate took cognizance against the petitioners and another accused person for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the case has already been committed to the Court of Session and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46125 of 2014 dt.18-06-2018 2/2 charge has also been framed. The case is pending for evidence. 4.
Therefore, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the impugned order.

This Criminal Miscellaneous application is accordingly dismissed.
