Petitioner is in custody in connection with Giriyak P.S. Case No. 48 of 2019 for the offence under section 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code and 66, 66© and 66(D) of I.T. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

The allegation against this petitioner is that he is a member of organized gang who used to loot innocent persons in the name of winning prize of vehicles.

Learned counsel submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28957 of 2019(2) dt.01-05-2019 2/2 petitioner is in custody since 20.2.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A. C. J.M.-I, Biharsharif, Nalanda, in connection with Giriyak P.S. Case No. 48 of 2019.
