JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 28-09-2015 In view of the statement made by learned counsel appearing for the State that the petitioner's application for grant of arms licence for rifle as well as DBBL gun has already been rejected vide order dated 11.01.2014, this writ application is being disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to prefer an appeal against the aforesaid order.

In case, such appeal is filed within four weeks from today along with a petition for condoning the delay then the appellate authority would be required to consider the period of pendency of this writ
