The Court does not find any justification for the reason that the case was filed in the year 2014 and on 19.06.2018, it was dismissed for non prosecution and thereafter, restored. Today, again prayer being made on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioners for time, thus, is not reasonable.

2. When the Court called upon learned counsel, who prayed for time to assist, the same was declined.
