JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-08-2018 By order dated 26.03.2018 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No.3437 of 2017, the petitioner and others were allowed anticipatory bail in connection with Barhariya P.S. Case No.365 of 2017 at Annexure-1. Other appellants appeared and furnished their bail-bonds. However, the petitioner Vinay Kumar @ Vishal could not furnish bail bond within time for the reasons mentioned in the petition.

Prayer is for extension of time.

Prayer is allowed. Further four weeks' time is allowed to the petitioner to furnish bail bonds with condition that petitioner shall deposit Rs.2,000/- (Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund and shall produce receipt of the same at the time of furnishing of the bail bonds.
