JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-11-2020 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with S. Kamal P.S. Case No. 161 of 2020 (G.R. No. 1604 of 2020) for the offence under Sections 25(1-B)a and 26/35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 27.05.2020. Learned counsel further submits that in the instant case, the raiding party recovered one live cartridge from possession of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 27.05.2020 having no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to him. The petitioner, named above, is

No.29312 of 2020(2) dt.10-11-2020 2/2 directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with S. Kamal P.S. Case No. 161 of 2020 (G.R. No. 1604 of 2020).
