The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 353, 354, 307, 427, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case as per F.I.R is that all the accused persons including petitioners, variously armed assembled and started attacking one Kamli Devi. It is also alleged that they created hindrance in discharging the duty of officials on duty.

No.30296 of 2022(2) dt.14-11-2022 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent and they have falsely been implicated in the case due to suspicion that the petitioners have inimical terms with one Kamli Devi. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and injury sustained by the injured persons are simple in nature. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dalsinghsarai, Samastipur in connection with Ujiyarpur P.S. Case No. 286 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
