This writ petition has been filed for directing respondent authorities not to construct any road or bridge on the raiyati land of the petitioner bearing Plot No. 2531 area 27 decimal and 2592 area 10 decimal total 37 decimals appertaining to Khata no. 536, Tauzi No. 11503 of Mauja Narayanpur Brandi, Thana No. 161 P.S. Rahui, District Nalanda.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner requests disposal of this writ petition granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation before the District Magistrate, Nalanda.

4. In view of the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation before the District Magistrate, Nalanda within a period of six weeks from today.

5. In the event such representation is filed by the petitioner in the stipulated time, District Magistrate, Nalanda is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law, after hearing the parties, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of filing of such representation.

6. Writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
