It is submitted by the learned counsel for the State that the Advertisement was issued in the year, 2013. The selection of Ayush doctors was on contractual basis for one year only. The period of contract of all those selected doctors, pursuant to the process, has since lapsed in the year, 2014 itself. In view of the aforesaid developments, relief, claimed in the writ petition, has become infructuous. Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
