2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition Excise Act, 2018.

3. Prosecution case is that 70 liters of illegal mahua was recovered.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner,
