The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 594 (C) / 2021 in which petitioner has been summoned under Sections 323, 341, 498 (A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is of dowry torture.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the husband who has never demanded any kind of dowry or tortured the complainant. He is ready to keep his wife with full honour and dignity. Petitioner has no criminal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30643 of 2023(2) dt.14-06-2023 2/2 antecedent and is in jail custody since 16.01.2023. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate- IInd Class, Barh, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No. 594 (C) / 2021.
