JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 11-09-2019 Dispute in the instant writ petition is that ignoring the petitioner's eligibility a private respondent has wrongly been selected on the post of Uddeepika.

The State has filed the counter affidavit. It is their specific stand that the State of Bihar has stopped taking any work from all Uddeepikas as per the order of the Department of Social Welfare, Government of Bihar, Patna, and as of date no Uddeepika is working anywhere in the State of Bihar. The said development which has been placed on record in the counter affidavit filed by the respondent-State after service of a copy on the petitioner is not denied or disputed.

No case for interference is made out in the instant writ proceedings and the same is dismissed.
