2. None appears on behalf of the petitioner despite repeated calls.
3. Learned counsel for the respondent-Corporation appears and submits on the basis of the counter affidavit that the amount of money due to the petitioner's father-in-law, who was the
Patna High Court CWJC No.4261 of 2014 dt.16-07-2018 PDS dealer, has already been paid vide Cheque No. 673545 dated 23.09.2013 for Rs. 8,104/- which has duly been acknowledged by the petitioner. It is submitted that according to the office report, no further amount is found due to the petitioner.
4. Having regard to the stand of the respondent, the writ petition stands disposed of.
