A prayer has been made by the learned counsel for the petitioner for modification of the order of this Court dated 28.2.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11993 of 2018 submitting that the petitioner could not surrender before the court below within the time prescribed therein.

Looking to the facts mentioned in this application, the time for surrender is extended by a further period of three weeks from today.

Accordingly, the present modification application stands allowed.
